Graphics: You have graphics is some sections but not all? If you have soem sections that have it at least put them in all of them to make the member feel you aren't lazy to fix that. Other than that the graphics fit each other. (Score: 9/10)

Banner: Banner covers what systems you use and what the clan is about(Score: 10/10)

Colors: Well since you are trying to fix the color issue I really can't comment on it. But at least you know the issue and you are trying to fix it I give you a 15 (Score: 15/15)

Forum Index:

Organization: The forum have the right sections in each Categories and is easy to find what you are looking for. (Score: 10/10)

Categories & Forums: Have a enough amought of Categories & Forums that overs your gaming clan's intrest. (Score: 15/15)

Index & Portal Appearance: Portal covers what the gaming clan is about, rules etc.... (Score: 10/10)

Staff:

Staff Population: Staff are alwasys online everydays making sure that the forum is running.

Staff Activity & Moderation: They seem to know when they should go online and how long. Their moderation is okay they seem to be a little easy on some members they look like they are not sure what to do and how to do it. Only Darren and Todd seem to know what to do. Make sure your staff knows what they are doing and how to do it. (Score: 3/5)

Staff Groups: Not to many or to little. You have a fair size, X360 Manger I don't really see the use of that group, its the same thing as Admin but with a rank. I would just give Tod a rank and or hide the group as its only him.(Score: 3/5)

do you mean, as a gaming clan to have the forums as a requirement of membership, and visit every 2 days or something similar?

Only Darren and Todd seem to know what to do. Make sure your staff knows what they are doing and how to do it.

Its because were the only 2 that talk about changes.
I talk with all admins, and seek approval, but they usually dont reply, within 2 weeks so, todd just says go and do it because he likes it.

I wasn't nice on it was a kind of picky on some things. But what I was trying to say was make your forum a required thing. Its the best place to get infomation in the clan.
