Sticky topics in EVERY forum!

Well, I saw this on many forums... It is very usefull! I'm suggesting Forumotion to add an option for making sticky topics which apears in every forum [categorie] on the site.

This is very usefull for announcements like JOIN THE QUIZES FOR JUN 2009! or FORUM UNDER CONSTRUCTION ON 05.06.2009.!

Yes, that's what he means, and I always wanted that. But I guess, Forumotion doesn't allow that, but we can always have a change.

P.S. This is why most forums, including mine, have a Forum callled "News & Updates"... bwi
