Forum Style:

Graphics: You have graphics for Trash/Suggestion that doesn't fit with the rest of the sections. I would make sure all of them are the same. You also will need to remove the ones that for Trash and Suggestion as they are Copyright to the support forum ONLY! (Score: 8/10)

Banner: Your banner doen't fit the themes layout and its just werid having it be gray when there is grass in the background. I would try to make it so that its fits with the theme and doesn't look poor. (Score: 7/10)

Colors: Your colors are nice for what you are trying to do. When a section is closed you use the color red for it and green for when its open. Score: 15/15)

Forum Index:

Organization: The organization is great. You have important info on top of the forum to keep the Guest\Members informed but you don't really have any widgets to help your members move around the forum better. I would at least put some so that you can easly more around the forum to certain parts of the forum without getting lost.(Score: 7/10)

Categories & Forums: You have a lot of Sections that are very in active and don't seem to bring members to request stuff or post in. Try to merge them in with another section and or open them when you get your forum with more members and your activity is up more. (Score: 10/15)

Index & Portal Appearance: Your index was not so good. The colors was making my head hurt and the images were very bad. Pick something that won't turn away Guest/Members.
