Wouldn't it be better, if the regular administrators could not touch the administrator group, only the founder could ? I mean, wouldn't it be safer?

Voted yes. You can never be too safe when promoting an Administrator knowing they also have the abilities to switch the groups around.

Why would it? An administrator can delete all users, close the forum for holidays, remove the css, but he would not be able to add an other administrator?

This happened to me once. I have one Administrator (other than me).
I was gone for a couple of days, and he felt the need to delete all the inactive members (around 50) and left only the active ones (around 20)...
Then he made someone else an Administrator and the kid took the chance and fucked with members' profiles.
I voted yes.

The following test is to see what browser is currently the most secure. There were four tested browsers, which are up to date with the latest security updates, and feature updates. To note, they are the following: Internet Explorer 8, Mozilla Firefox 3.5,
I think that all out forums should have secure servers. That way it would stop all proxy problems and a lot of spam problems. Comments/Ideals?
