Subject Description

So we all know that there's a subject line but just the subject alone doesn't always get the message through so what about a subject description box that shows up under the subject line when you're making a topic and under the topic name once the topic is posted I've seen it quite a few times on different forums and always found it was really handy so what do you guys say, yes or no?

This has been like 3 times already. Their still going on. I voted yes anyway, though.
