First impression: Its so out of place. Everything is everywhere and looks like crap.

Advice: Reinstall the theme and add everything back.

Images: Have random images on the forum and some are big/small that don't fit well.

Advice: Make sure all picture are around the same size/fit each other.

Colors: Not over welling that makes members/Guest Mad.

Categories: Have to many for a low active forum.

Advice: Merge some together so it doesn't look bad.

Activities:
Members: You have over 800 members but only 30 or 40 members show up in 24 hours? Try to ask the members what they want out of the forum and send out news letters about whats going on.

Staff: Have a fair amough of staff for 800+ members. Might want to incresse it to about 2 more.

Statistics: Its not that great, you have over 800 members but posted 815 messages.

Advice: Try to make post/topics that intrest the members so they will have fun.

Language: Language looks fair as what I can see.

Not muct to say about your forum as its doesn't get used that much and or doesn't get taken care of.
