Graphics:

Nav Buttons: They go with the forum very good. They aren't to small to see or big that it takes to much space. (Score: 10/10)

Banner: It does tell Guest/Member about your forum and what you offer in a couple of works. But I do think it covers the forums space to much. If you make it a little smaller the forum will be less to scroll and better for the members to get around in your forum.(Score: 8/10)

Colors: The Color runs together pritty well with the forum. The only thing I would suggest is not to have dark colors with a dark theme. (Score: 14/15)

Ranks: You have random ranks that make it sad. Always use the same set of ranks for your forum. If you find a set you like and they don't have the full set I would suggest requesting them or finding a set that is a full set. (Score: 3/5)

Display/Layout:

Organization: I would say your organization is fair. You have services at the bottom that you offer to your members but no one uses them as its all the way to the bottom. If you are going to offer services to your memeber I would at least add it to the middle of the forum so that members can see that you are offering them something and they would use it more. (Score: 7/10)

Categories & Forums: You have a lot of Categories & Forums that are in active or low activity. When starting a forum you don't want to have too many showing as it will make your forum poor to were members don't want to join. I suggest you close some area's off or combine them together for now till you get more members. (Score: 7/10)

Index & Portal Appearance: Index & Potal Apperance do cover what you ae offering and have entertainment on the forum if the members have nothing eles to do at home, work or school. There is one thing on the Portal that you would want to remove as you already have it on the top is the Affiliates. (Score: 8/10)

General:

Staff Population: Way to many staff members for a forum that has 75 members. I would at least have 2 Admin and 2 Mod's. This way they can control the forum. Having to many staff members will start a huge war with the members. (Score: 3/5)

Staff Activity & Moderation: In a 24 hour period there was no staff members on. That means that you don't have staff that can't be online for a couple of hours in a 24 hour period. I would try to ask my staff if they could at least be online for an hour or so for a day just to make sure everything is okay with the forum and its not getting spammed or anything else. (Score: 3/5)

Staff Groups: Have to many groups for a small forum. I recommend you put some in hidden for now till you get your forum to have more members as you really can't provide enough jobs for your staff. (Score: 3/5)
