• First impression:
  To begin with the banner since it was the first thing I noticed. It has animataion which can be anoyning for people with slower connections. Also it has 986x388px dimensions which is very big. Also, the table for colors, the red one, doesn't fit. You need to work on your design.
  
  Advice: Try to make it smaller. Usuall banners are about 750x150px or 800x200px.

• Images: Banner is too big, just a bavkgroun, animation images and a text. I suggest requesting a banner right here. All other icons are fine. There are no navigation icons, but If you like it withouth text, it is fine.

• Colors: Black one goes with the band style, but i don't like combination of red and balck you choosed. Use better color combining.
  Advice: I suggest using one sort of colors for tables (black one), and one for links and texts (maybe red one), it will be good combination.

• Categories: I can read Serbian and I can say you made it well. Just, I don't like one thing, or two. For some forums there are images in description, for some not.
  
  Advice: I suggest adding images to every forum, or remove all of them. And, this one... Why don't you create a forum Discography and merege all albums into that forum, maybe that same for members of the band. Then you can open more categories, such General discusion about RHCP, Videos, Media etc.
