Graphics:

Nav Buttons:The nav Bars are just with little images and words. I suggest you remove the images and have the words or find images to cover the words up. (Score: 8/10)

Banner: The banner is very nice and have a great over view of the forums idea. (Score: 10/10)

Colors: Nice Colors that are running together. Just make sure that you don't have colors that don't match and are dark with dark. Always do Light with dark on that forum. (Score: 15/15)

Display/Layout:

Organization: Great organization I have to say,you know how to keep everything in the right area. (Score: 10/10)

Categories & Forums:Great Categories & Forums, they are all have a good amount of post/topics. There is just one thing I see that im viewing as guest is that the Admin Section at the bottom look like for Staff use. I would hide that so that there isn't anything that is talked about that gets out side the forums community. (Score: 9/10)

Index & Portal Appearance: Great Index & Portal Appearance it covers the forums prity well for a PSP Forum. The only thing I would suggest is that there is some things that really isn't needed. The Poll and the Fan Links. They are great but aren't really used as much as they should be. (Score: 8/10)

Language: The Langauge on the forums is also great. I don't see anything missed spelled or that needed fixing. (Score: 5/5)

General:

Staff Population: I really Can't tell how many Staff members you have but it looks like you have a fair amount of staff for a forum that has 1890 members. If you do have more than I can see I would suggest you remove some people as you really only need about 7 staff members or so. (Score: 5/5)

Staff Activity & Moderation: Staff look like they are active and come on a daily bases. Just make sure that you keep in mind of hire more staff about how many time/how much they come on the forum. This will help for spam, flame wars etc..... The Moderation I really can't tell as I'm not a member and don't have rights to view. (Score: 5/5)

Staff Groups: The Staff Groups are great, there isn't as many or too little. They all cover the forum pritty well for the size of it is right now. (Score: 5/5)

Forum Date & Activity: The Activity is low, you have 1890 members but about 20 or 30 members come online. I would recommend that you put New Letters about new or future things that are coming to the forum and maybe ask if members are wanting to come back to show that you care about the forum and the members. Daily Posts & Threads: You have a nice size of post/topics, 18500 post in 1517 topics. (Score: 5/5)

Member Population: As I said above about 20 or 30 members online out of 1890 members is low. Do what I said above and hopefully they will be more members coming online. Also try advertising your forum a little more on put it on Google, yahoo, and Msn so that you get some traffic in. (Score: 4/5)

Thanks for the review I'm working on new nav bars as we speak (I don't like them eaither ) I appreciate the input. I'm on Google, MSN, and Yahoo..any others I can go on? That would be cool to get more exposure out there. (also- Staff is low- so you probably saw what I really have )
