I think it is stupid to open a new topic for Forum Rules in a forum.Why not you create a special page for the rules and regulations.Then we can write the rules in the admin panel and add one more button to header for rules.

What is the point in that when if you did it in the Admin Panel it would go in the section you were going to put it anyway?

This can already be done by creating your very own html page...

ACP=>Modules Tab=>HTML=>HTML pages management=>Create new html page=>Use it to have your rules=>Save

And you can add the link to your header...

=> rock
