Hello and Good Day I would like to request a full review for the following site

This site is a role playing game dedicated to the theme of the Naruto Universe. Set after series end. I would also like suggestions on how to make my forum better. As of now I am the main admin as the webmaster account is shared by me and a friend of mine.

On another note, Just because I only have one post please do not ignore this. I will check back daily to see if the review has been done. There is absolutely no rush I know people have lives.

Forums Name Review

Graphics:

Nav Buttons: (Score: 4/10) They are creative but they seem to be too small for the forum and the picture above the navigation bar is cut off. It just is not too appealing to the eye

Banner: (Score: 4/10) The banner is not wide enough for the forum and it doesn't seem as though any hard work was put into it.

Colors: (Score: 9/10) The color layout of the forum stays consistent and fits the theme in whole

Display/Layout:

Organization: (Score: 3/10) Too me the forum just seems like a mess. Your forum Icons are huge and your structure is set up in a way that confuses people. Adding up all the little details just made a mess. For a new member it's hard to navigate.

Categories & Forums: (Score: 7/10) Although your categories and forums are organized well enough they still look messy with all the extra icons, pictures and buttons. EDIT MrMario Find Something that will fit the forum and doesn't make membesr mad and go crazy. By Looking at it for a few secounds I was like WOW please change that ASAP.

Index & Portal Appearance: (Score: 3/10) I should not take off points if you have NO portal, but your nav bar has a link to it. EDIT MrMario If you don't have something and there is a link in the Nav Bar thats just a waste of space and members will be clicking and asking if there is a problem. Don't make something that isn't there showable. Your index is just a hot mess, it doesn't follow a pattern, the fonts sizes are all over the place and I can barely coordinate through it.

Language: (Score: 3/5)

Total: 3/5 You have a variety of vocabulary but theres SEVERAL typos in your forum and several members that SMS talk.

Ex: In your training/battling category battling is misspelled. Check up on your forum and category descriptions

General:

Staff Population: (Score: 2/5) It seems that the forum is run by 2 or 3 people. It's very hard for me to tell because your legend key only has moderators. EDIT MrMario Add at least 2 more staff as this way they will make sure the forum is running fine and if there is a problem they can take care of it quick.

Staff Activity & Moderation: (Score: 2/5) Other than announcing I don't see staff doing anything.. I checked the HEAD ADMIN statistics, and they have less than 1 post a day average

Staff Groups: (Score: 1/5) I'm sorry but in your legend key there is only one group of staff and those are Moderators... It's impossible to know who is staff and what group they belong to

Forum Date & Activity: (Score: 3/5) 776 messages for 96 members is ALRIGHT. Seeing as this isn't a general based forum there's nothing I can tell you other than the fact that you need to get more people EDIT MrMario I would try promote your forum and send out News Letters telling whats going on with the forum and whats coming in the Future.

Daily Posts & Threads: (Score: 3/5) I took a look at the statistics of several of your members and saw that averaged out with the number of days they were registered their post count wasn't looking very good.

Member Population: (Score: 5/5) You have a decent amount of members for my standards. EDIT MrMario I would try to promote your forum better this way your forum will be on Google, Yahoo and MSN, so if someone searchs something and they find your forum they might join and help you. I would try to ask the members that don't post or inactive to come back and tell us what you think they want to forum. This way they will know you care about members and the forum.

What would you suggest I put there? Ive tried putting the Character Registrations but it wont show up for some odd reason.
