RPG: Dice Roll Allowed only on specific boards

Right now with the RPG "dice roll" (where you have a game master giving you results) a member can use it all over the board, whenever, whereever, etc.

I'm thinking that admins can set permissions to where dice rolls can be used. Basically, putting a limit to where they can be used, and only allowing specific dice rolls to be used in specific forums, or threads or members/usergroups.

Basically, three examples are like this.

1.)You will not want members to spam or use them in the General boards. You only allow dice rolls to be used in the "RPG section" only.

2.)In the RPG section of your forum, you will only allow dice rolls to be used in a specific topic or board. You have a "Casino" board or topic, where you can "spin the wheel". You can only use it there, and not anywhere else.

3.)Only staff and admins, or usergroups will have permission to use dice rolls in specific categories/topics to promote the "new weather" for the next day.

I hope you understood, unless you're not a RPG user.
