Limit of post per day.

It would be really cool if you could put a maximum post per day for each usergroup. Please this will help me and others so much! luv

Not so much useless, Marc, you see; limiting posts to a maximum would therefore allow moderating to become easier, thus attaining that we have less spam. Wink

How about adding a poll with a yes or no.

The only problem with this is that you will need to add members to a group first to have this work. I would really get mad adding every single memeber to a group. So before this idea I would like to see auto group so that I or the other admins don't need to put members in.

Or we could just limit everyone's post, except specific usergroups?

Plain user = 100 posts per day
Moderators and gfx team = 200 per day
Admins = infinite

That's a good example.

its cause i got tons of members posting hundreds of daily posts. Its anoying having to delete all pointless post

Maybe 400 posts per day standard,

Mini mods, helpers, ect 500

Mods 1000

Extra mods, ect 2000

Yes,if there is a group we can add members in to have this,then it's a yes for me, thumright

{So we can add all of the people who don't follow rules in that group,to limit their spam per day}

Why would we want to reduce moderating hours???

That's for lazy moderators, I don't want that

If am a member of a forum,I'll want to post alot of topics and reply to alot of topics in the forum.And if you know that the administrator is limiting your posts per day,then what's the point of posting?If you used up your limit for the day,then someone posts something you just want to reply too...

Yea, i agree, just have a limit on groups that spam or are rulebreakers and let everyone else have no limit
