I still do not understand why do you need a review. But... If you really want it, here is one....
Fine, buttons for forums and topics are okay. I like them because of their size. Navigation is good. Banner is too big . C'mon Pacific, you're designer, you know good size for banner, also you can add some more anime characters to banner. Colors, No comment, all well organized and used. Well... maybe not red, I see it only in navigation. Categories & Forums are Too long... Why doi you have members group? You need more members, it is always needed.

Anime Boulevard Review
