Autoset avatar when banned

I think it would be a useful feature when you ban a user it automatically sets their avatar to an image of your choosing, this would be useful because you can easily tell who is banned or not.
Such as if someone is banned their avatar is changed to:

That sounds like a pretty nice suggestion. It's just like a guest image (in some way.) I'll vote yes.

I don't like the sound of this, 
So,all banned members will have the same avatar. That sets my mind to voting for the no option.

I say no b/c there are plenty of other ways to make sure a member is banned.
1. Make a group
2. Give the banned members a written rank that says banned and the image the says banned
3. Warning bar is empty

Well, I voted yes. I don't think I would ever use this feature, but it could be a very useful tool for others.
