Creative Freedom Review
Graphics:
Nav Buttons: You have the registered link not working. I would upload it again and if its still getting you problems find another set that fits the forum. But the bnav buttons do fit well with the theme. (Score: 8/10)
Banner: Its a bit large for the forum and it does not look good with the rest of the graphics. Request a new one that better for clearer.(Score: 7/10)
Colors: A dark forum with dark letters are not always good. I recommend that you always make it so that you have dark with light and light with dark. Some poeple have it hard to read or they can't see well. (Score: 6/10)

Display/Layout:
Organization: The organization is nice but still needs to be fixed below what I said. Make sure that each section is understanding on whats going on and how to move around the forum. Make it easy for the members to move around the forum. (Score: 6/10)
Categories & Forums: You have one section (Omega) that has never been used and most likely wont be used anytime soon. Close that section for a while or when someone asks about it. The Off topic Discussions should be named Important infomation or Welcome and the On Topic Discussions should be named for the forum idea/theme. (Score: 5/10)

Staff Population: Can't tell how many staff you have besides one. For now I would make it so that you have at least 2 or 4 staff members for now till your forum active, harder to control, and more post. (Score: 2/5)
