I t would be cool if all posts and topics went through the admins and mods before going to the public forum.

I'm voting no for this reason,
What if you have 15 users online, and no admins/mods, all of them are posting but there posts arent showing up, they must wait untill some approves them, but during that time, members keep posting on the same topic and sooner or later you have 15 posts sayin the exact same thing when an admin/mod approves.
Big hassle.
