Personalized group options

I would like to cast a vote for personalized options for usergroups...such as a group logo, leaving comments, uploading pics, etc.

You know some sites have it that when you reach a maximum amount of posts that instead of having like a site rank like: Senior Member, instead you get to fill it in with your own custom field.
I would really like this, and if anyone else agrees please
Right at the moment if we add anything to a profile it goes on every members profile or mini profile. i was wondering if there could be a option made that you can select which group/members profile this can go on. i.e make only VIP members have a tag line
so i created a custom profile field.. it's an image list...
but i want to select both of these.. not only one..
