The Lost Ones Review
Graphics:
Nav Buttons: The nav bars seem like they are lacking the bottom of them and the style isn't fitting of the forum. I would recommend you request some here at the Graphic Section.

Banner: Same with the Banner is it lacking the style and what is it really it. Request one at the Support Forum in the Graphic Section so that it will make your forum appearances better.

Colors: To many colors on your forum that makes it weird and not enjoying. Pick up to 3 or 4 colors not 5 to 10 colors. (Score: 6/10)

Display/Layout:
Organization: You need to make the important info, intro and updates on the top of the forum instead of the middle. This way members can keep up of whats going on. Also I would make Categories for it so that it doesn't look like a big group of forums. (Score: 6/10)
Categories & Forums: Looks like you have everything but you need to put them in order of important to help your members know whats going on and what to talk about. (Score: 7/10)
Index & Portal Appearance: I wouldn't say it's the greatest Appearance I have ever seen but when you add some graphics that are like in HD/High Resolution your forum will be a lot better and track more members. (Score: 7/10)

Staff Population: It looks like you got way to many staff members on your forum for the size of the forum. You should at least have about 3-5 members no more until it becomes more active and, more post to watch and if you are needing more. (Score: 3/5)
Staff Activity & Moderation: They are online it looks like every day or so which is good just in case something goes wrong or something is needed to be taking action. Don't see much of Moderation of the forum but its okay if the forum is running well. (Score: 4/5)
Staff Groups: Too many groups that aren't needed or just need to be hidden. The Newbies Hidden, General Should be hidden and the Plotters should be hidden. You really should only have staff groups or important group listed so that members can find who's in what group faster and look to see who's on what group of staff. (Score: 3/5)

Forum Date & Activity: The Forum is some what activate/inactive. I can see that the forum can go down hill if something big doesn't happen. Get contest running, lost games or have a week for who ever can get the most post about lost get something. (Score: 3/5)
Daily Posts & Threads: 3252 post for 52 users isn't bad but could be better based on a forum that is for Lost should be more pop. Get interesting topics for members to post on to help them start posting more. (Score: 3/5)
Member Population: Not many members are online on the forum every 48 hours. It looks like they get board after awhile and want to do something else. Get something that will get members back and also send out news letters about updates. (Score: 3/5)

Okay.. thanks Yeah, I am hoping that it picks up more once the show comes back on in February. The banner and nav buttons came from hitskin.com .... I just added the dharma symbol to them. Thanks for reviewing my forum

I thought I read you had to have at least 70+ members, but then I saw others asking for a review with less than 20 members.
I recomend the Thirst series by Christopher Pike.
The series is pretty good, kind of confusing if you don't keep up with it.
But in each book, there are three stories in one, so you don't get as bored as easily.
