Banner: Your Banner, is nice. But I think it's a tad big. So, you should minimize by just a bit.

Organization: Your organization, is nice, but at your last category, The name of it is 007 Lounge, and you made a forum, not 007 related. So, I suggest splitting some of the forum, into a new category, with a title like MISC.(Score: 7/10)
