I thought it was a good idea to give us an option to make it so that only friends can view each other's personal galleries
for 2 reasons:

1. Gives the personal gallery a point... I seriously don't understand what's the point of having a personal gallery inside a site if it's not private (personal) xP

2. Gives the friends system more of a purpose... Very Happy

might be a good idea...

but maybe give members the choice if they want them to be public or friends only
