1. First Impressions (Score: 17/20): To me I knew from the start that your forum was about saying life in the zoo. There is something that I think is missing. A straight overview of your forums ideas, how this forum will help people take care of animals etc.... This way members can know whats really going on.
   
2. Categories & Forums (Score: 7/10): You have way to many that don't look active, plus you have once for every letter but only have a few post in them. If the members aren't using them I would remove them and add one at a time or so that members can move around the forum better.

   Banner Banner is okay I would try and add animals to it or adding someone caring for them this way people can see your forum as a better growing way.
   
   Navigation Bar They are alright you have a Skull at the ends of them on Forums & Log out what does that have to do with Animals? Make them part of your forums theme.
   
2. Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score: 7/10): Color is alright the white doesn't fit the background at all and is a little hard to see. Pick a darker color so that members/Guest and read your forum and can get the information they need.
   
3. Images & Icons (Score: 8/10): Don't have many images on your forum besides the New Post , No New Post and Locked. Try adding some images about animals to make your forum enjoying.
