Generalities

1.First Impressions(16/20)
your forum looks good and can attract bleach/anime fans,, first thing that i'be seen wrong are the navigation buttons,, they have different sizes,, the forum and calendar navigation button doesn't seem matches with the others, i also think that your portal is not managed, you have too many widgets in it.. .. get those things fixed,, the banner looks cool and its related to the subject of your forum.. your chatbox should aslo be placed on the bottom of your forum

2.Categories and Forums(7/10)
Some of your forum's descriptions are long to be considered.. how about summarizing it.. get those things fixed,, your forum and categories are well organized.. good

Forum Style

1.Banner and Navigation bar(8/10)

Banner- as i've said,, your banner looks cool and awsome,, related to the main subject of the forum.. nothing to say its good

Navigation Bar-as i've said from the 1st impressions,, some of your navigation bar are not as size for the majority which is the forum and calendar,, you might want them to have same sizes,, different colors on the borders of your navigation bar doesn't bother me...

2.Forum Layout and Color Scheme(9/10)
your forum's colors,borders etc are good,, red plus black is good for bleach forum, great mixture, yellow plus white would be a good combination for a bleach forum.. any way its good..

3.Images and Icons(8/10)
I've seen too many pictures/animation on the forum wich includes the Affilates, voting sites your admins,moderator's, etc avatars which is postioned on the left portion of the index,, your icons on new posts, no new posts and forum is locked are maybe big but related to bleach,,, you could either resize them to a smaller one or change them to a picture which will not confuse your members and guests.. Images for topic icons are good but the announcement icon for topics is a small white arrow, you can either change it or make it more bigger to be easier to recognized by your members

Populations and Groups

1.Staff Population(8/10)
you have 2 admins,, the advisable number of admins on a forum is only 2,, good job,, your co-admins are 3,, isn't bad,, i suggest you to remove co-admins that are not contributing on the forum... you have 4 global moderators,, you really don't need 4 global moderators if there are less active members.. i would suggest you only hire 2 for now...

2.Staff Groups/User Groups(7/10)
you have too many user groups that includes 1st division, 2nd division 3rd division until 11th,, but i still understand because your forum includes the whole story and information of bleach..it doesn't bother me... but I would still not have to many groups as it will confuse members, you can always do the Rank.

Forum Activity

1.Post Memeber Ratio(9/10)
your members posted enough and much.. my advice is to create topics every day so your forums as well as the other members will keep posting.. nice job on yur posts

2.Users Active(5/10)
7 to 9 members are active out of 155 registered users,, i suggest you to promote every day.... send e-mails on your inactive members about the latest updates on your forum and also try Search Engines and Social Networks.
