Generalities

First Impressions (Score: 15/20): There is to much going on at once its is hard to know whats is up and down. Only put the important information that is needed and remove some that is old.
Categories & Forums (Score: 10/10): For the size of the forum you are doing great and not needing to do anything with them really.

Forum Style

Banner & Navigation Bar (Score: 6/10):
Banner Banner is alright but you don't need to has the type words Millsberry Forum when you have the logo for it the writing for it shouldn't be there as people should know what its about if they play it and also if they don't make a topic about whats this about etc...
Navigation Bar I don't like them at all they just are to big and they should all be in ONE line so that it doesn't waste space on your forum. The Register one I hate it, it doesn't look like the rest of them.
Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score: 7/10): Its alright, I would try to make it a little lighter and not just all dark with dark. The layout it a bit big and users have to scroll more than they should to get where they want.
Images & Icons (Score: 7/10): Icons are okay I would make them a little more detail so you can read it and see it.

Style total: 20/30

Population & Groups

Staff Population (Score: 10/10): [b]11 Staff Members is a nice size to keep an eye out on the forum and to do the job well. I wouldn't add any staff members other than what you need like 2 or 3.

Staff Groups / User Groups (Score: 10/10): No need to add any more groups as you have everything that is covered well.

Post/Member Ratio & Quantity (Score: 10/10): [b]WOW the forum is active and I am glad to see that. Great job on the messages and members count. Just keep on promoting you do fine.

[b]Users Active (Score: 7/10):[/b] Say about 5 users or so in a 99 Hour Period but I would lower it so that you can see how much members are really active. Cause without see that you won't know if your forum is going good or not.
