Why we cant post download links from warez?

I just wanna know why we cant post links like warez do. They doing that even the movies, games and other things are protected by licence. Why we cant?

Why doesn't ForuMotion do it? Because unlike in America, France checks up on internet sites and follows through if bullshit is found. Even sites like Youtube have started doing some cleaning up - there's a good reason for that

As everyone already said, this is illegal and Forumotion will never support or have any part in any kind of illegal activities.
I strongly suggest you read the Terms of Service so that you know what is and isn't allowed.
