Hello everybody, This is my forum which has been up for over 2 years now, has around 400 members which are all basically from Google (: oh and as off now, we have 12586 messages - Just so you know.

I was just wondering what you guys think of it, so any help will be very valuable

The Pivot Forum!

Generalities

First Impressions (Score: 18/20): Well, Alot of people like Pivot so i think it is a great idea to make an official forum about it, good job! Your categories and forums are good. Your navigation hasn't got any images i suggest you get some images for the Nav Bar. Your images are quite good, but your icons, i think you should get some new forum icons relating to the forum topic (Pivot). Now your staff and staff population is good aswell but could always be better. Tihs forum has 440 members (without the reviewer account i made) and 12k(12, 000) posts, now i think there should be more posts than that for over 400 memebrs but that's something you can fix later on.
Categories & Forums (Score: 9/10): Now your categories and forums look alright and are good, but there a few things you need to change/add. For example in your Off- Topic category you have the "Say Hello"(Introduction) Forum now i don't know about you but I'm pretty sure that isn;t off- topic. Apart from fixing the forums order i also think you should add some forum icons to brighten up the forum and a more peaceful, fun, beautiful pleace. With your 'Bin' i suggest you take out the "(Locked Topics)" as you don't need that, that part sshould go in the forum description, but apart from those 3 things your categories and forums are alright.

Forum Style

Banner & Navigation Bar (Score: 8/10): Now your navigation bar and banner are alrightbut could be alot better. Your navigation has no images which to me is alright but the nav bar will look alot better with some pictures in it(go get a navbar from the Gallary ). Your banner is alright but too plain, i think you need to add some more pictures or some other things to i. I strongly recommend you make it bigger aswell, so it makes the forum look better. But altogether your banner and nav bar right now arn't that good, so i strongly recommend you do the changes i suggested.
Banner Your banner is pretty bad right now. Even though it looks good it's way too plain!!!! You REALLY need some more pictures or something else on your banner. I also suggest you make your banner bigger (Like the size of the one on the Support Forum). Right now your banner is about a 3/10 so i suggest you either add to the current one and resize it to make it bigger or just to make a whole new one. But i really hope you take my advice and add some more pictures to it and make it bigger, it may contribute to members joining and more posts !

Navigation Bar OK now your navigation bar is good, but it has no pictures in it, I suggest you get or make some pictures related to Pivot for your navigation bar, and I strongly suggest you put your navigation bar in the middle so it's easyer to get to and so it also looks alot better. Don't get me wrong even with no pictures the navigation bar is good, but the pictures would just make it alot better and add to your forum appearance. I think your members would like it much better if you had some pictures there to make the forum look better aswell, might help with more members and posts
Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score: 7/10): Now your color scheme is good but i think you need some more brighter colors in there somewhere, maybe your banner or navigation bar.Right now your color scheme is good with blue and white (thoese two colors match really well)But every now and then you need a change in your color scheme, nav bar and banner to keep your member intersted. now your Forum layout is alright but to me i think you need some widgets on this forum! But you really do the forum seems to be streched over the whole page, which to me doesn;t look to good.
Images & Icons (Score: 8/10): As I stated before your images are good but could be better! Also your icons arn't that good, For example your forum icons i tihnk you should either make or get some new ones relating to Pivot so it makes the forum look a lot better. i think your icons now are good, like they match the forum and all but they arn;t really relating to the forum topic. So with your icons and images i think you should change them all to something relating to your forum topic (in your case it'd Pivot)

Population & Groups

Staff Population (Score: 9/10): Your staff population is good i think, but i tihnk you need a few more mods on your forum. But for right now your staff population is perfect in a few weeks i think you should get 1 - 2 new moderators since you have over 400 members. For right now all your staff are doing their job perfectly to me. i can't really suggest much more than get a few more mods.
Staff Groups / User Groups (Score: 10/10):

Usergroup total: 19/20 Now your user groups, i think they're alright well since these are basically perfect i can't really suggest anything to you, Sorry, but your user groups are perfect

Forum Activity

Post/Member Ratio & Quantity (Score: 8/10): Now since you have over 400 members now i know not all of them are active but i still think you should have more than 12k (12, 000) posts. But then again you can always build up your forum's post count , now your forum has 440 members (not counting the reviewer account i made) which is pretty good i think!!! So as far as im concerned you can't really do anything but keep advertising your forum L:D
Users Active (Score: 7/10): Now your activity!! your memebrs to me arn't too active since you only have 20 - 30 members visited in the lat 24 hours, but then again you can always have some competitions like either every week or every month. That's all i can suggest to you!

Conclusion

What could be done to improve your forum: Make a new banner and make it bigger and more interesting, add images yo your nav bar, get forum icons relating to Pivot.

Yes I think that MiniRaidi did something wrong in the addition
