Generalities

1.First Impressions(17/20)
your forum is for james bond crazy.. many people are finding this kind of forum as i've worked on other forums.. good.. now let's proceed.. your portal is a little bit rumbled/not organized,, you can reduce 2-3 widgets on it,, your background is good but you can do more beteer than that.. your forum index has a full information about james bond.. my first impression for your forum is good.. nice job but except the portal

2.Categories and Forums(9/10)
You covered all the area about informations/discussions on james bond except the last category,, your forum namely the "forum games" should have the name "bond related forum games or "bond games" as it is on the section namely Bond Entertainment,, i would also suggest you to separate the Site Help,, Announcements,, and Suggestions,, your members as well as the guests might be confused on topics there.. create 1 board for each of them,, but its still ok if you not.. it saves you more space.. but then its highly recommended.. get those things fixed

Forum Style

1.Banner and Navigation Buttons/bar(7/10)

Banner=your banner relates but i would suggest you to only have 1-2 pictures on your banner and having a short description about your forum there.. get those things fixed

Navigation Bar/Button= your navigation buttons fits to the forum. and they look good for your forum.. the only thing that disturbs is the register button,, it is ok to have that flashing word but how about making it as size as the others?(like on home,, log in,, Faq etc) get those things fixed

2.color scheme/layout(8/10)
the forum has a combination of red plus black,, good mixture for your forum,, no need to change,, the colors on members connected last 99 hours and on whos online are red,,i would suggest to change it as it mixed with the color of the administartor's/admiral of the fleet legend color,, others migh not be able to notice it.. it's up to you.. get those things fixed

3.Images and Icons(5/10)
whos online is good,, relates the to the forum,, new posts, no new posts is also fine for me,, but the forum is locked icon is small and different from the 2,, you can make it more bigger or.. you can copy the image on no new posts and just have it a big x mark on the center. get those things fixed,, the topic icons fits except the no new post[popular] icon,, you should change it and have a text inside it than that so that your members will notice it easily,, fix them

Population and Groups

1.Staff Population(7/10)
The admiral of the fleet which is considered as the forum's administartor are 2.. good.. 2 is the only recomended administrators on a forum and you don't need to hire more.. you only have 1 graphic designers,, i would suggest you to hire another 1 because you have alot of active members but be sure the people you can trust of it.. you have 1 admiral considered a moderator group,, should hire 2 more because you have alot of active member,, you have 7 vip members,, too many to be considered,, vip membership are bought on your forum,, but its good,, it only lasts for 2 weeks.. in my own knowledge,, vip members are only for members who donated,, but its up to you,, nothin much to say

2.User groups(8/10)
you have a unique set of names on your groups that includes admiral of the fleet which is considered the administartors of the forum,, i didn't really know why is it called admiral of the fleet.. my suggestion is to change it to Administrators,, its up to you.. the admiral group is the moderator team,, i suggest you to change it to moderator,, so that the guests will know.. but it is ok as it is stated on the Site Help,suggestion and news,, ok good..

Forum Activity

1.Post Member Ratio and Quantity(10/10)
good as i see,, alot of your members posted 300 and above posts.. and your total posts 5800 plus.. good,, it means that your members are coming back and active

2.Users Active(9/10)
26 out of 104 registered users are active.. it is normal for a forum to have 75 % of their mambers inactive... 26 out 104 is considered to be many.. your luck to have them.. for the inactive members,, send them weekly e-mails about the latest updates on your forum so they will know what's the recent news on your forum.. hope this helps

Are you actually a reviewer?

Anyone is allowed to review, but its up to the Staff to decide if its official or not.

Everyone is allowed to? Well that's stupid . I wanted a actual staff member to do this or something.

How is it stupid? How can someone become a Reviewer if they can not be allowed to review forums? Well thats stupid, eh?

Rok became a reviewer through the many wonderful reviews he done. Thats what these members are doing. You should actually be quite happy as no one is required to review your forum.

The review will be checked by a member of staff and they make any changes to the review which they see fit.

Just to let you guys know, anybody can do a review. That's the only way us Review team can decide on new reviewers. Same thing for the Graphics section. As dotDavid said, an official reviewer declares if the review is to be official or not.

If you want, I can work on a new review for'ya, Stamp. zoids25's review wass good, but the grammar and punctuation is a bit poor.
