What im talking about is this little toolbar on the bottom of the page...I made a image to clear it up a bit...

Now I don't want it Exactly like this but something like it. What I would like added to it would be...
1.Forumotion Instant Messenger(FIM?)

Spoiler:: When the drop down bar isn't open it will say "Friends 3/12". 3 for people online and 12 for total friends. When you click it and open the drop down bar you will have a list of all friends. Online friends at top and offline at bottom. When you click on a friend who is online a mini chat box will open and you 2 can talk together. Another thing I thought of is the chat box we already have. It would be on the list(of friends) on the very top. When opening, a pop-up like the friend messenger will come up but it will be a public one.

2.Quick Links

Spoiler:: By the option where the FIM is a button that says Quick Links. When clicked, a drop down menu will appear giving pretty much all the options of the header but more laid out.

True but I think this would kinda be better to navigate and we would have a 2 person IM instead of making everything public(or in slow PMs).

Depending on the person. If you like to IM your friends constantly whether it be using MSN or anything then most likely they will use it often. If not then it couldn't hurt to have it anyways!

But would this be similiar to a custom made toolbar what you can make via some website (forgot the name) or will it be totally different? If it is the exact same then it might as well not be implemented...

You can always build up your own toolbar or use Wibiya. Voted no, it's not something we need.
