If there is an option where we can limit the maximum number of posts a member can have in one day, we can prevent spamming. This should exclude moderators and administrators.

Say your forum is a coding forum, and you want to help others, genuinely, how can you help others if you are restricted to a certain amount of posts? Example: C++ is a popular language and so forums specializing is C++ or coding will need maximum amount of help. If this was restricted, I can assure you that many posts won't be answered properly, as a user might know how to answer it, but gets caught up somewhere else.

How many are you suggesting to limit? 50? 100? 200?

We can set the number ourselves.

But it won't reduce spam. It will just keep users spamming with the posts they are allowed to make.

Wouldn't prevent spamming.

If a spammer can't post anymore because of this limit, they would create another account.
