Since Zoids has stated in pm he cannot get to this at the moment and has given me permission to take over.. I will take over. I will get this done in the evening most probably.

Generalities:
1. First Impressions- The portal immediately stood out to me as no colour theming, and not structured. Maybe you could center the video on the portal and make the widgets have a red border as well as the red underline you already have. You should also write a welcome message on the portal giving users and guests a briefing about what the forum is about. But I did like the way the poll was set out on the portal.(Score 14/20).
2. Categories and Forums- Only 3 categories and 7 sub forums, for a size of your forum of 95 members that is okay for the moment but when your forum gets bigger you will probably need to start adding more sub forums so the sub forums you already have are not full to the brim of topics. The categories colour was nice and easy to see and did not hurt the eyes at all. It also fitted well with the background theming. (Score 8/10).

1. Banner and Navigation Bar- I liked the way the structure of the banner was set so that the text next to it looked nicely fitted alongside the banner. Nice banner which colours fitted well with the theming of the forum. (Score 10/10).
2. Forum Layout and Colour Scheme- The colour scheme on the forum is very nice and suits your forum well whereas on the portal you should add a red border to the widgets to seperate them as I've stated above. (Score 8/10).
3. Images and Icons- The icons are nice and simple and I think they are the pre-set one's Forumotion give. You can get graphics created personally for your forum here. Well the few images you do have are also nice and simple not that you have many. (Score 7/10).

Forum Style Total: 25/30


Population and Groups:
Staff Population- You have a brilliant amount of staff for the size of your forum. All of them are active! (Score 10/10).
Staff Groups and User Groups- Two staff groups of moderators and administrators is completely fine for the size of your forum. You also have an all members group, that is not really necessary as you don't really need a legend for all members. Its pretty obvious who all members are compared to the staff members. (8/10).

Usergroup Total: 18/20


Forum Activity:
Post/Member Quantity- Wow I must say you have a lot of posts for the size of your forum. Your post ratio comes down to approximately 111 posts per member. You have 98 members! Brilliant. (Score 10/10).
Users Active Score: You have had 15 members connected in the last 24 hours. Thats okay but not brilliant. You should try advertising your forum. Forum Promotions would be a start. (Score 8/10).
