Additional notes: Reagarding the legend, Founders are the founders of the the site (the main admins if you will) Fathers are the secondary admins and Godfathers are the mods.

Generalities

First Impressions (Score: 20/20):When i first opened your forum, i saw a nice formation of widgets on your portal and you have widgets on column 1 that makes guests as well as the members easier to navigate, and you also have a welcome note on your portal, nice, this shows you care for your members as well as guests
Categories & Forums (Score:9 /10):Although you covered almost all of the forum about gaming and sonic, its really nice, you also have the TSF Tech center for problems, you forum looks complete and they are all positioned correctly, I would also suggest you to have a forum for other discussions, The "entertainment lounge" forum is a discussion for almost all the media talk, add also a forum for other discussion/off topic. and nice.Fix those things

Forum Style

Banner & Navigation Bar (Score:6/10):
Banner- Your banner is overwhelming and looks good, related to the main subject of your forum! you won't need a short description on it because you covered most of the areas about sonic. Nice

Navigation Bar-(home,forum, TSF rules, search etc) navigation bars are neat and fits with the color of your forum, The 'new topic', 'new post/post reply' navigation bar seems not fit with your forum because they have different colors from your other navigation bars, try to make them also blue, also, make the register navigation bar alot bigger to make it easier to be seen
Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score:10/10):Your current forum's color is blue, its still nice because it fits with a sonic forum, you don;t need to change it, Nice color!
Images & Icons (Score:6/10):Who's online icon is good, related to the subject of your forum. 'New post', 'No new post', 'forum is locked icon' seems a little bit confusing but its easy to determine, Topic icons are a little bit confusing, try to have partner images on it but has different colors, 'alert' and pinned' topic icons' doesn't need to be changed, you have no topic icon for 'new post[popular]', you can request 1 on the graphics section

Population & Groups

Staff Population (Score:7/10):In total you have 2 Family founder(administrator), nice, you don't need more, it is more effective having 1 co-admin than having more. you have 2 Fathers(not including the group mod), you have 3 Godfathers(which are the moderators), nice having only 3, once you gain more active members, hire atleast 1 to keep your forum clean, you have 1 gfx team, my suggestion is you should have atleast 2 gfx team to assist the other 1, i didn't include the other groups because i think they are not considered as staff postions, you have a fair amount of staffs, nice
Staff Groups / User Groups (Score:6/10):In total you have 10 usergroups which includes the Family founder, Father, godfathers, GFX brotherhoods, Legends, Kunucool the enchida, Zora, da kid, Lit daze and Sonic Go!, too many to be considered and i don't get the role of the groups except the Family founder, father, god fathers and GFX brother hoods but i understand it because your forum contains all about sonic, I also don't get the point of having 'fathers', 'brothers' etc, i would suggest you to be more specific on your groups to reduce confusion

Post/Member Ratio & Quantity (Score:9/10):According to the forum statistics, your members have posted a total of 39,857 plus messages, wow i must say, its really active, and i saw several new posts, i saw several members posted 100 plus posts, nice!
