Generalities

First Impressions (Score: 17/20):Good forum for music lovers and also a forum for highly experienced singers and also the old ones, when i first open your forum, i saw several pictures of singers, Nice, a guest shall really know that its a forum for singers and also, you have a welcome note on it. Nice, it shows you really care on your members and your guests, But your forum's width is large, you should reduce it.
Categories & Forums (Score: 8/10):Although you cover almost all with music and media talk forums, its still good, your "New Member" forum for new comers should not be placed at the nearly bottom, it should be nearly at the top. Get it fixed. I would try not to make it look big when there is no members online. Make it so that your forum have sections that are active and will make more people to join.

Forum Style

Banner & Navigation Bar (Score:7 /10):
Banner-The banner is not bad with several pictures of singers, i can also suggest you to have a short description at your banner for the guests to know what is the main subject of your forum and it should be specific

Navigation Bar-Your (home,forum,log in,register etc) navigation bars blends with the banner as it has both the same colors, but it bothers me because your forum's color is black, i would suggest you to make its border also black,(new topic, new post, etc) navigation bars are good, fits with the theme of your forum.
Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score:8 /10):Your forum has a combination of black and gray, plus the navigation bars/banner with the borders of yellow, i would suggest you to make it also gray/black to blend with the color of your forum, ADVICE: white and sky blue are good combination on a music forum
Images & Icons (Score:2 /10):Who's online icon is bad because your icon(information) has different sizes of characters, you might wanna have them the same sizes, News posts and no new post icon are good, you have no forum is locked icon, you can suggest on the graphics section. You only have topic icons for(New post, No new post, and sticky), i would suggest you to have some icons on the others so members can identify a topic easily and reduce confusion.Get those things fixed

Staff Population (Score:10 /10): you have 1 administrator which is you and 1 moderator, good for now, you don't need to hire more because there no active users, once you have more active users, you can hire more
Staff Groups / User Groups (Score:9 /10):You have Administration group, supporters group, for members who donated and helped the forum and a moderation team, you don't need more groups, its fine to have 3 for now. But I would make the Supporters Group after the Moderation Group as its not staff group and doesn't look good at all.

Post/Member Ratio & Quantity (Score:7 /10):I don't really see the forum active, your forum members has posted a total 1304 messages, but i also saw a few members posted 100 plus posts, my advice is to keep posting topics to keep the forum running
Users Active (Score: 3/10):According to the forum statistics, the users being most online are 23 but when i saw the members connected last 24 hours, its just 2, i didn't also see new posts from my last visit, send weekly e-mails about the latest updates on your forum to all of your members to get them back
