Generalities

First Impressions (Score: 15/20): The home page is alright I don't see the need for the fireworks stuff on the page and I would try to make the nav bars in one line. I would try to do is make a link for the updates so that people can view this.
Categories & Forums (Score: 6/10): Looks alright for what you have. I would try and reduce the blue color and make it a little lighter so that you can read them. You have a suggestion section that not been used and I think it would be best if you remove it in time if there is nothing getting posted there.

Forum Style

Banner & Navigation Bar (Score: 6/10):
Banner Don't know why but I never really cared for the banner at all. Try making it different then others so that your forum will be get remembers for being a little different. I would try and remove the wording next to it cause there is no need or make it the banner bigger so the wording is at the bottom of it.

Navigation Bar They look pixel, try remaking them to look professorial.
Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score: 4/10): I really got to say I don't like it at all. Its to blue and really hard to read a lot. Its like a turn off for new members. Get a theme or remake the theme so something that members/guest will enjoy and not be so scared of. I know that I look at a theme on how it looks to join. This way the guest will say it looks like they take care of the forum really well.
Images & Icons (Score: 8/10): I like the icons and they match each section that you are providing and is the same size for all. Just keep in mind on what icons you are putting in for the forum and is going to help you in the long run.

Style total: 18/30

Population & Groups

Staff Population (Score: 10/10): The pop of the staff looks good. I wouldn't add any more people for now till the forum is harder to control.
Staff Groups / User Groups (Score: 7/10): You kind of need to fix your groups in order. Admin, Global Mod, Forum Mod, Graphic, Review. This way it will be easy to know the ranks and is look a lot more professorial

Post/Member Ratio & Quantity (Score: 10/10): For 229 Members you have a lot of messages on the forum and it is active with post and will show guest and new members that this forum is active and want to help the community. Keep up the great work here.

That is sad and you need to promote the forum a lot on Facebook (Groups or Fan Page) MySpace, Twitter, Google, Bing, and Yahoo and also send out newsletters to everyone once in a while about updates going on within the forum.
