Dark theme for Admin panels.

There should be one... Like a dark grey type theme. It gets fairly annoying browsing my forum, which is all dark black & grey and then clicking on Admin Panel and being blinded by the light. (This will also help our fellow basement dwelling nerds.)

I voted yes too as I think it would be a pretty good idea to have some other themes in the admin cpanel, not too sure if completely dark would be the best option but a fiar amount of darkness would be good
