   Banner: you have a good banner, designed neatly but does not matches black color theme and skin .
   
   Navigation Bar : you don't have image on them you have text. you have many navigation
   
2. Forum Layout & Color Scheme : red and black match but the banner doe snot match it .(Score: 9/10):
   
3. Images & Icons :images are nice but like i said you have image but they are not transparent (Score: 7/10):

Population & Groups: you have 4 groups on 20 members . i did not understand the last two groups .

Organization:Your potal looks organized with a slow scrolling text that makes it easier to understand and shows news about other events, also, the "Congratulations" word on the scrolling text is wrong, spell it correctly, on you forum, all the forum/boards are positioned correctly,you have so many boards not related to the main subject of your forum, try reducing some for members and guests to navigate easily(Score:4/10)

Categories & Forums:As i've said above, you have forums as well as categories not related to the main subject of your forum, i don't get you the point of having the General Support section besides i think your forum is like a chat forums and your title of your forum is Wii-talent(express your self) and not a support forum for miscallaneous, your other discussions area should be placed at the bottom of your forum, also, you have same forums that includes the "artist work blog room' and art resource area, try making them as 1 to save space, your 'data ban' category should be placed at the ,middle of the forum because it includes chat things, 'other services' category should also be placed at nearly bottom, also have some descriptions on other forums without it so members will know what's the role of each forum., try also posting on forums without posts, besides, guests don't like it. Fix those things. (Score:2/10)

Index & Portal Appearance: Your portal appearance isn't that bad, it also contains an information on the people being displayed there, you don't need more widgets because you have other widgets displayed on your index, Your index appearance is bad for me, first, you got some pictures on forumotion, try being unique and make your's, 2nd, you don't have any images on ther forums which looks your forum under construction, try also having transparent pictures on your forums,try also reducing your forum's width, Fix those things (Score:3/10)
