Sort memberlist by total neg/positive reputation given, received

I would like to be able to list members by:

1. their total reputation received/given (like a hall of fame)

2. Negative reputation given (we have a few rogue members who are randomly giving out negative and I can't figure out who they are, so I can't sort out the problem.)

Vote yes if you want this ability too!
