Generalities

1. First Impressions (Score:20/20):when i first opened your forum, i saw nice amount and positioning of widgets on your portal, you also have a widget on column 3 which makes members/guests easier for them to navigate and that widget attracted me because of its graphics/pictures and nice colors on your forum, you also have welcome message, you also have news on the middle(column2), nice, a guest will know what's currently happening on the forum, nice graphics!
   
   
2. Categories & Forums (Score:9/10):Nice amount of forums with a plenty amount of posts, they're all positioned correctly, you also have goodbye's forum which is also an introduction forum, nice having it for you to know why some members will leave either they have problems with the forum and its members or for other reasons, this way you can improve your forum from their reasons, i would also suggest you to hide the staff forum, it's a private area for staffs, really nice for your forums and categories

Forum Style

1. Banner & Navigation Bar (Score:9/10):
   BannerWow! its overwhelming! its really a nice banner,(the nicest banner i'd ever saw), it's cool and having sense and colorful graphics, i don't know what is your forum about if its about chat, services etc. but my suggestion is to have a little description on your banner about your forum, besides, i don't know what kind of forum comes in my mind with fuji planet if its a chat forums, secvices, helping forum etc.. guests will also think about these.
   
   Navigation Bar(home, portal, gallery, FAQ) navigation bars are good, partners with the banner and the color of your forum, (new topic, post reply) navigation bars looks odd, try having also the borders of it orange to fit with the other navigation bars, neat navigation bars!
   
   
2. Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score:10/10):Your forum's color is really neat with the colors of orange and white, the background colors are also amazing and neat, they're really nice!
   
   
3. Images & Icons (Score:10/10):I don't see anything wrong about your pictures and they fit very good. There is a problem with the who's online like its hard to read but its okay.

1. Staff Population (Score:9/10):you have 3 admins, really fits with a forum with lots of member logging in, you have 1global moderator(not including the group mod) i must say it's still nice having 1 but you can hire up to 1 more to make your forum under control. you have 1 moderator, you can hire more for them to assist the Gmods, You have 1 Graphics designers, i would suggest you to hire another 1 for the other 1 to have assistant,you 2 reviewers,(not including group mod), and you have 2 arcade managers, nice amount of staffs but you can hire more for Moderators and Graphics designers
   
   
2. Staff Groups / User Groups (Score:10/10):In total, you have 6 groups which is a good set, they're all staff status, you won't need more as long as the staffs can handle the forum

1. Post/Member Ratio & Quantity (Score:10/10):in total, there are 44,113 messages being posted by your members, it's really active, i always see new posts on every forum, i've also seen several members posted more than 1,000, your members as well as the forum is active

Users Active (Score:9/10):According to the forum statistics, there are 28 users being most online, and 38-40 users being connected last 24 hours out of 138 members, even you only have 138 member's you have a lot of activity, for the inactive members, send them weekly e-mails about the latest updates on your forum to get them back
