Generalities

1. First Impressions (Score:16/20):When i first opened your forum, i saw less but a little rumbeled widgets, your banner makes your forum be specific, as i scroll down your portal and index, its a little laggy/slow because i think of the video and too much amount of widgets on your index, try reducing some, you also have a scrolling text about the latest news about james bond, you also had a widget on column 3 about the latest news about james bond, nice first impression, your forum is easy to be recognized because of the pictures
   
2. Categories & Forums (Score:8/10):You covered the whole forum about james bond and that is great, you also have a forum for other discussions not relating to james bond, i could also suggest you to seperate announcments and site help and suggestions but you can make site help and suggestion as one just be sure to have subforum on them, this will reduce confusion if you do this. also, try reducing some widgets on your index too reduce slowness. Fix those things

1. Banner & Navigation Bar (Score:10/10):
   Banner- your banner looks not interesting and old, first, because you have black and white colors on it, try having colored ones, also, try reducing 2 pictures of james bond on it, but it's still your decision, this looks your forum old, try having james bond as the real life color not black and white, get it fixed The banner is just fine and doesn't need to be changed.
   
   Navigation Bar(home,portal,news,gallery,etc) navigation bars are good and partners with the banner and the image beside it, (post reply, new topic) navigation bars are good and fits to the forum, try moving the 'new topic' navigation bar to the left to make it easier to be seen. Fix those things
   
2. Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score:8/10):You have a combination of black and red, very suitable for your forum but you can have a simpler background than a picture, it will make your forum look more organized
   
3. Images & Icons (Score:6/10):the icons beside the navigation bars(Home,portal,news etc) doesn't look like to stand out, it makes your forum look old as i['ve said above, try having them colored(example brown) but its still ok having them simply white, i don't see any legends for(new post, no new post and forum is locked icons), who's online icons partners with the forum icons but you can improve it more by having a single picture of jame's bond there, (birthday)icon is good, (forthcoming events) icon is also good, but big, try reducing the size of it. The statistics icon is also good, i would suggest them to compile it on 1 widget to reduce lagg/slowness, Nothing wrong with the topic icons.

1. Staff Population (Score:7/10):in total you have 2 admins including you, nice having only because there are less active members, you have 1 graphic designers, nice also having 1, once you have more members, hire atleast 1, you have 2 moderators(admiral), nice also having 2, once your forum is harder to control, you can hire up to 2, i didn't include the vip group because it is not a staff status thus it is the special members on the forum,
   
2. Staff Groups / User Groups (Score:9/10):In total you have 4 groups, it includes the admiral of the fleet, admiral, graphics team, and VIP, try making the admiral group in the second position, after the admiral of the fleet group.

Forum Activity

1. Post/Member Ratio & Quantity (Score:9/10):in total your forum members has posted a total of 6657 for 120 members, your forum had posted alot but your forum looks inative because i don't see new post. Create more topics to keep the forum running
   
2. Users Active (Score:6/10):According to the forum statistics, there are 20 members being most online when i looked on the members connected last 24 hours, i only saw 6-7,have some contest on your forum, advertise and don't be shy to hesitate your members to help you grow the forum. about the inactive memberss, send them weekly letters baout the latest updates on your forum to get them back
