hi ,
i have a suggestion that when we make a HTML homepage then at left side there should be options on navbar [ i mean if we want only portal to display in this we will drag portal then when some one visits a homepage he will not see forum search , etc buttons it's just an example ] , which background color on this HTML page .
some more , if we type a code and the tag code is wrong then it should warn like it warns in template editing and even rights to access a specific HTML page like if i make a page named arcade and i want only my site members to play games like when a guest clicking on arcade it says only users registered in this site have right to access this page this can increase your population .

I didn't totally get what you were trying to say.

I think he's trying to say that we should have the possibulity to just copy-paste the HTML page to the forum..
I agree 'cause I feel bore of uploading the pictures one by one then replace the old links by uploaded..
