hello , 
we should have a image maker only for founder it means when we have to make a new HTML page and we have to add it to navbar we need time to make it . but if there is an options like
name - THE NAME WHICH APPEARS ON THE IMAGE
back ground image URL- THE URL OF BACK GROUND IMAGE
save .
then it will appear with a link from servimg net .
we can use it for forum image ,etc too .

Thats your choice to make a new HTML page and your choice to place it in the navigation bar. It may sound useful, but I don't see the long term benefit of such a tool being implemented. Anyway, thats what graphics editors are for, so no (although I don't mind, I see that there are many other suggestions that are higher on priority).

Could be useful, but still all we are doing is pasting the codes of the images on to an HTML page and then saving. Can't you just paste the image on your page right now, and then it will show?

use gimp or photoshop ... there are also enough for free on the internet
