More Poll Options (more Poll Functions)

I think it would be good if we could do the following things with polls:

1) On a multiple choice poll, allow the person creating the poll to specify the maximum number of options that can be selected (another forum allows this).

2) On polls, allow the person creating the poll the option of making the results of the poll show in reverse order of number of votes.
eg. what is your favourite colour? 1) Black, 2) White, 3) Green.
the results of the poll would display like Green 50% [150], Black 30% [90], White 20% [60]
eg. on setting up the poll it would say something like "Show poll results in reverse order with highest number of votes first?"

3) Allow multiple questions in a poll

4) Allow more than 50 options in a poll, eg. 60

Anything where there was more than 50. eg. "what do you think are the best concert Blu-ray discs?", "What do you think are the best concert DVDs", "the best CDs?", "the best BBC TV programmes?", etc. On one Blu-ray forum you can enter up to 200 options in a poll!

Why can't you just have a field like "Other" where they can enter it in so the poll is not too ling with options

I'm sure you could, but I still think a few more would be useful and give more data than just having 49 options and an "Other" option. Seeing as another forum allows 200 options I don't think asking for about 60 options is much too much? It's not like people would have to use that much - it would just be the maximum.

3. Would let you have multiple questions in a poll, like:
Question 1.
Option 1
Option 2

Question 2
Option 1
Option 2
Option 3

etc.
The questions would all be related to the topic of the poll and thread.

Actually you don't need spaces in the current method, just each option on a separate line. You get each option in a separate slot if you edit an existing poll which already has some votes. I think the current method of creating polls with all the options in a list is much easier and quicker than other methods as it is easier to copy and past and edit (you can copy and paste the whole list from wordpad etc., whereas with other ways you'd have to copy each option separately and click on 'new option' after each one). Though I think it would be good if there was an option to see how many options you've currently used in case you're close to or you've gone over the maximum.

I dont because if they did it somewhat like the vb forums it would be more self explanitory to the users and they wouldnt mess up and stuff -.-....

Voted yes for all except the last one. I don't think any one in the entire history of foruming has anyone ever created a poll which holds up to 50 options. So maybe it should stay with 50 for now, until having more than 50 becomes a big deal.

Are there updates on if this suggestion could be done? Especially the multiple questions in a poll bit (part 3 of the original post)?

eg. If I write a thread/main post/blog I want to be able to ask 2 or 3 questions (each with a few options) in the same thread with a poll.

Other forums allow multiple questions in a poll so I think it would be good if we could too.

It shows how popular the suggestions are when quite a few people make similar suggestions and a very high percentage of people have voted Yes for those suggestions.

So if the suggestions are so popular and so high percentage of people are voting Yes to the suggestions, wouldn't it be good if the suggested changes to the poll system were made?
