Display/Layout:

Organization:Your forum organization is looking bad(-1), the forums are rumbled(-1) and not positioned all correctly(-1), It is also hard to find things around on your forum because of its messy and rumbled forum appearance on your index(-1). The forums on your index is not arranged from important to not important(-1) that looks it more not organized. I suggest you arrange categories from important to not important, also, i suggest that you should not show the subforums for every forums so subforums will not be all shown on the index and not making it too long, follow these advice to hide subforums on your index: Admin Panel>Display>Structure and Hieracy>split categories on index>set it to medium then hit save. Get those things fixed(Score:5/10)

Categories & Forums:As i've said above, your forums are not arranged correctly(-1) which should be from important to not important, try placing the 'Naruto Ub announcement' to the 1st portion(-1), so guests can find the uodates on your forum easily, also, try removing the introduction forum on your naruto related category(-1), place it on announcement category(should be placed at the 1st portion). The same with the 'chatrooms' forum(-1), place it at the bottom and remove it to naruto related category. Also, the one that confuses me is having 2 announcements named forum which is the 'announcements' and 'special announcements' forum(-1), just try renaming it 'random news' so members and guests will not be confused on it. The support forum is at the bottom if for members encountering problems(-1), try also placing it at the 2nd or 3rd portion of your but you can combine it with your 'Naruto Ub announcement' category so you can save more space. The 'off Rpg forums should be placed at the bottom because its for other discussion or for off topic(-1) an try to connect the chatbox forum there. The 'marsh country' forum is having a very big description on it(-1), some members don't like reading long descriptions on a forum, try summarizing/make it short and that will look fine. Get those things fixed(Score:2/10)

Index & Portal Appearance:Index apperance is so bad!(-1), as i;ve said above, your forum positioning makes your forum rumbled(-1), also with the subforums shown on your index(-1), follow what i suggested above about it. I also see so much groups on your index(-1), try reducing or hiding other groups for the meantime and show them up again when you had more members. The background blends with your forum's color, good there. There are some forums having 0 posts(-1), i might say it looks your forum make bad for guests as well as for me. try posting on that forums so guest will not run away on your forum. Get those things fixed (Score:5/10)

Design and Layout

1. Background and Theme (Score: 10/10):
   I definitely have to say that the forum background you have is very awesome; I really like it. The color scheme is nice as well. It's a very nice blue-on-gray color scheme, and it fits well with the whole Naruto concept. I find the theme you have perfect- great work!
   
2. Banner (Score: 5/10):
   I really like the banner. However, there are two main problems I find in it. The first problem I would like to state is that the banner has 'Banner Made By Ben' over at the bottom left-side or the it. You should try having something like 'Ben' in a gray sort of color up at the top right-side of the banner so that it's not that noticable. Secondly, the text 'Unknown Beginnings' is overtopping the 'The beggining of your destiny' text. I suggest you move 'Unknown Beginnings up a little so that both texts won't look smudges together, and you should also make 'The beginning of your destiny' a little bit larger in font size so that it's more easier to read. The BIRTH OF A HERO font isn't that much visual when it's in a small font size.
   
3. Navigation Bar (Score: 10/10):
   The navigation bar is just a normal Invision menu bar, but I say that it fits well with the forum theme and color scheme; so you should defintiely keep it.
   
4. Icons (Score: 3/10):
   
   Those forum icons that you have seem to be nothing related to Naruto, nor are they even based around anime of any sort. So, I recommend that you should try getting some more original icons that fit the Naruto / anime forum theme. But otherwise, they're still okay and a bit professional, but I find them common and useless on your forum.
