I think that you should not only have the right to ban and ipban the member but i think you should also be able to "mute" and "Ipmute" them for different reasons because its not as harsh as a ban because they can still look around just not post 
( and maybe it would affect them in the chatbox too!)

You could set their account to "inactive" rather than ban then too

i would like it more just to be able to mure or ipmute an account that have to go all the way through the admin panel to make their acc innactive...

I love this idea alot. it will also give moderator's and administrators a bit more control and users a reason not to spam

I Think forumotion administrators should be able to view members Private messages for report-control that way the members don't have to report it and the administrators can automatically do their job =====> Please Give feedback (:
