Creation size (in pixels) : 98px × 291px
With or without animation : I want a question mark bouncing around the image
Background color : Red

Text to insert : Who Is Online? going downwards
Link to the font to download : Comic Sans MS
Font color : Black

Extra comments : If the image isn't the same size as my current one then tell me because firefox must have got the image dimensions info wrong
