russelcrew™, you don't seem very objective to get this review. Can you please reply to this within the next 48 hours saying that you want it or not? I don't want to just work on a review for no reason. Razz

Generalities

  1. First Impressions (Score: 20/20):
Once I clicked the link to your site, it led me to your homepage. Your homepage is really nice; I like it. I also like the little Rules thingy as well as the banner. Nice hob on the homepage!
Now once I accessed your forum, I discovered a nice and appealing atmosphere. There's a great and simple banner, nice forum icons, a fitting homepage, and a good amount of activity. I definitely have to give a perfect score for my the First Impressions criteria.
  2. Categories & Forums (Score: 6/10):
Bravo, bravo. You have a greatly wide range of categories and forums. However, there's one problem I find with that, and it's that you have just a tad bit too much discussions forums. Your forum is based on dynamic profile codes, but you pratically have more general discussion forums that's overbalancing your main discussion forums, dynamic profile coding. I think you should disable the appearance of subforums on the forum index, and then reduce the amount of general discussions forums you have whilst making just only one category for miscellaneous generalities.

Generalities 26/30

Forum Style

  1. Major Graphics (Score: 5/10):
    Banner
The banner is very convenient and simple. Although, it does seem to be a little too plain. If I were you, I would try adding some kind of cool little design that matches the forum background that you have. Overall, nice work on the banner.
    Navigation Bar
When I was looking through your forum index considering my first impressions, I didn't get a chance to take a glance the navigation bar. I really have to say that your navigation bar is absolute crap. The drop-shadow doesn't align with the drop-shadow of the other buttons, the text looks ugly, and there are some buttons that are different colors as well. You should get that fixed immediately.
  2. Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score: 7/10):
I love the cool grunge background that you have on your forum. It looks really nice, and it definitely appears like a fitting feature of the forum.
The color scheme of your forum is mainly gray. Meh, it's okay... but if I was a member of your forum, I would want to see something a little less boring. You should maybe test out some kind of blue or teal colors, and get a new image for your category title images.
  3. Images & Icons (Score: 10/10):

The forum icons are perfect for the theme. I like how they match the blue text color scheme. Definitely keep those.

The Who Is Online? image looks good too. It matches with the forum icons, and that's what I like about it.

Also, those icons that you have for the discussion forums of the 'About DPC' category are really cool. Those are great, too.

Style total: 22/30

Population & Groups

  1. Staff Population (Score: 10/10):

In total, you have 2 members of Administration and 5 members of Moderation (Global Moderators and Suport Moderators.) I'd say that's a very balanced staff group population, considering the activity of your forum. Great work with balancing the population of staff!
  2. Staff Groups / User Groups (Score: 10/10):
In total, you have 6 groups: 3 staff groups and 3 miscellaneous groups. I like how you kept the amount of your groups at a low and simple quantity. Great work!

Usergroup total: 20/20

Forum Activity

  1. Post/Member Ratio & Quantity (Score: 10/10):
Our users have posted a total of 18813 messages
    We have 214 registered users
The newest registered user is Rok

You have over 214 members and approximately 18813 posts. If you were to divide all of those posts up into each member, then that means that each member has made at least 80 or so posts. That's defintiely a productively successful ratio of your forum statistics. Keep up the activity!
  2. Users Active (Score: 9/10):
Members connected during last 24 hours : *M*, ashke_rockz, beyunks[:, chiiya, gerald.xd, ilavyah08, Joanna, Kira, Kryzza, L'Jyen [?], lovebang01, mardagz, Mheg, MHiNG, neesay_vill, NoMercyVain, PAULiNE, quickmow, Rok, rueniel, Russel, sheiy, sunreong Smile, tukie:], XEDstar*, yarrxangel

Relevant to the size of your forum, I'd say that about 25 members active a day is a nice amount. Good job maintaining that amount of members a day. However, I would like to recommend that you send out weekly newsletters to all of your members as well as weekly inactive notifications to bump up the amount of users active in the past 24 hours on your forum.

Activity total: 19/20

Overall Mark: 87/100

Conclusion

What could be done to improve your forum:
A tip I have is that you try your best to maintain your members, and achieve higher standards in the users active in the past 24 hours on your forum. Also, try getting a more 'lively' color scheme.
The best thing I like about your forum:
I like the productivity of it. Great work!
Great work, and best of luck to you and your forum!
