Mod CP upgrade for the MODS!

Well in the new update they've made a nice new what they call "Mod Cp" except moderators can't actually even use it!
It's only found in the admin cp.
I'd like moderators to be able to use this control panel too.

Yes i voted. There should be Moderator CP too.
