Make Signature Separator HTML Compatible

Well, this isn't very important, but so you can clearly see the separator between the signature and the actual post. I was thinking maybe allow the admins to use HTML in it. Like make it so we can change the colors, or add a scroll effect or something. It's not important, just a suggestion. Smile

Sorry if this is already available, but I tried to change the color, and it wouldn't let me..

What do you all think?!
