Generalities

1. First Impressions (Score: 14/20):
   Well, as I first stepped on into your forum index (after registering an account), I thought that it was decent, soothing, and a very nice atmosphere. However, as I spent a little bit more time on the index, I noticed several problems. Basically, I can't list all of those problems in just this section of the forum; the problems will be listed in the other sections of the review.
   Now, let's get a little more relevant. The banner is pretty cool, you have a simple (yet, convenient) variety of categories and discussion forums, and a nice theme. My first impressions of this forum were decent, but I didn't feel as if the forum was quite suitable for my presence. Although, your forum's index did a very great job catching my eye for the first impressions, overall.
   
2. Categories & Forums (Score: 3/10):
   Simple, yet convenient- that's definitely the best quality for categories and discussion forums in any forum. I really like how you kept the discussions at a low amount. But other than that, I find several problems with your categories and discussions forums. Firstly, add some forum descriptions to the discussion forums so that members would understand what that section of the forum is about. Second of all, I recommend that you remove the 'Moderators:' text from the forum descriptions... they make the discussion forums look like crap. Third of all, move the 'ROTown' section up to the bottom of the 'Roblox' category, and simultaneously move the 'Basket' section to the bottom of the forum. And lastly, I don't really see the reason for a section of the forum where there's an Off Topic section for general discussion, but you have a random 'Sports' section lying around in that category. If I were you, I would try making subforums in the Off Topic discussion forum for other general discussion topics.

Forum Style

1. Major Graphics (Score: 10/10):
   Banner
   I like it. It catches my eye, yet it's simple. I don't really see the use of a design for it, so great job on just keeping it how it is.
   Navigation Bar
   I like it, but it seems to fit more in an Apple forum, not a Roblox forum. However, it's appealing, simple, and I like it.
   
2. Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score: 5/10):
   This is irrelevant to the whole forum layout/theme/color scheme concept, but I recommend that you remove the 'Roblox' text that's found beside the banner on the header of your forum. It looks senseless and unappealing.
   Now to relevance... the layout is really nice. There's only one problem that I would like to point out for the layout; the background image (the clouds) keep repeating itself. I recommend that you should set the background where it doesn't repeat and it stays in a fixed position.
   The color scheme, meh. From my perspective, I think that it looks a little too plain. Your banner is red, but your color scheme on the forum is baby-blue? ...I don't like that much. I think you should go for more of a red, light-red color scheme and theme.
   
3. Images & Icons (Score: 4/10):
   The forum icons are excellent, but one problem- p.i.x.e.l.a.t.i.o.n. The pixelated outline of the forum icons look extremely unappealing. You should definitely get that fixed.
   The Who Is Online? image is decent, I like it (even though it's a little hat.) But, in no way does it match with the color scheme and theme of your forum. You should look for another one, unless you change your theme/color scheme to a red, light-red color.

What could be done to improve your forum:
Fix the categories and forums like I suggested; that should definitely be exercised. Also, work on getting the theme arranged a little more conviently that what it is now.
The best thing I like about your forum:
I like the simplicity of your banner most of all. The icons are nice, but the pixelation in them need to be fixed up.
