Generalities

1. First Impressions (Score:14/20):When i first entered on the link, i saw darky/violet and a little bit colorful forum, the index looks organized and clean, there are also nice amount of widgets on it. The portal is also looking organized with nice/less amount widgets on it, nice positioning of widgets there and its easy to move around on the forum, the colors of the forum are smooth, but when i logged on, i saw the complete formation and number of forums there, the index seems long with large images on the forums, the index also looks under construction because some forums have images with them but other have none, the index also have chatbox on the very bottom but you also had a chatbox on portal, may i suggest you to remove 1 of the chatbox, maybe remove the chatbox on the index to make it a little bit short. The forum looks active when i saw some members being logged while i'm reviewing your forum. Still nice
   
   
2. Categories & Forums (Score:6/10):There are nice amount of forums of forums on your index, but they're too less with these kind of active forum, there are too many categories because each forum have their own categories, try having and merging forums on 1 category for the forum having related subjects on your forum to lessen the number of categories on your index and to make it look organized, didn't saw a 'news' forum on your index but i think its connected as subforum on the forum named 'Basics of Arcadia', but atleast show your 'news' forum so guests as well as your members can keep up what's currently happening on your forum, you can also try showing up your introduction forum so new members can find it more easily, the descriptions on every forum is fine but they're not having any exclamation marks like periods at the end, there are also plenty enough of posts on every forum, nice work.

Forum Style

1. Major Graphics (Score: 7/10):
   Banner-The banner looks awesome and colorful and i must say i'm attracted to it, nice work on your banner, the banner has galactic designs, i also liked the font of it, very fitting with the banner's style, the color of the banner partner's with the forum, it looks good with that size even though its small. Nice work here(5/5)
   
   Navigation Bar-The navigation bars are also good, they're smooth and easy to be noticed but the only thing i'm seeing wrong with your navigation bars is the font of of it seems fading and i can barely read it, it's bad for those having bad eyesight, try having the font as 'bold' to make it clearer,try also having the 'portal' navigation bar on the 2nd position on the left and it should be after the 'forum' navigation bar, if you apply these, your forum will look more proffesional, the other navigation bars namely(new topic&reply) are good, they partner with the colors of the forum and i liked how it's smooth, nice work there but you should fix the things i mentioned on this part(2/5)

Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score:9/10):The colors of the forum are just fine, i liked how violet colors work on your forum, the colors doesn't hurt my eyes, the index and portal looks a little bit colorful because of the banner, nice work there, the colors of the usergroups are just fine except the 'Lumbren' group which is having a gray color and its blending to the black color of the forum, try making the color of that group a little lighter and it will look good.

Images & Icons (Score:5/10):The images on every forum are big and they are half the size of a normal banner, the sizes of it makes the index long but nice job making all of the images on every forum having the same sizes and style, the images on every forum looks well designed but as I'd mentioned above, almost all of the forums on the index are having images with them but the 2 remaining forums have none, try also having images on those 2 forums so your index doesn't look like under construction. The 'Who is online?' icon looks good. Some topic icons have the same images with them, the topic icons 'new post[locked]' and 'no new post[locked]' have both the same icons, have different icons with them, other topic icons are good. The forum icons 'new post', 'no new post' and 'forum is locked' looks good but try having the icon on 'forum is locked' having lock image to make it different with the other but they look good even though

Usergroups

1. Population of Groups (Score:7/10):Didn't know how many admins are there because the groups seems to have unique names but i'm sure there 9 admins for 163 members, too many but they're just perfect for an active forum and it's also useful because your forum needs activation for new members who will register but as much as possible, reduce admins because guests don't like seeing a forum having populated admins, try having up to 5 only, didn't know how many moderators are there because the names of the groups are unique but i'd seen there are 5 or more members in each group but most of the groups is i think classified as miscellaneous and not staff status but that's ok on your forum with its subject
   
   
2. Staff Groups / User Groups (Score:9/10):Not sure with this but i think there is only 1 group having the staff status namely the "Realm Masters" and the other groups are for the subject of your forum, there are nice amount of usergroups for your forum that is active. I just don't get the meaning of the names of usergroups on your forum.

Oh, and there are not 9 administrators, there are only two although there are some people that have access to the admin panel for specific tasks like cleaning up inactive members. The Staff is explained on the Hierarchy(http://arcadia.omgforum.net/getting-started-f9/arcadian-hierarchy-t758.htm) because what I did was divide the tasks among people so that not few ended up doing everything. There are several departments, some in charge of the cbox and social drama (Royal Guard), others of welcoming new members (The Embassy), the one dealing with the IC business of the Realms(Realm Masters), the one of the graphics(The Enchanters), and another for profile approving(The Inquisition). I used fancy names because it encourages people to work. lol

And, those forums that have pictures are the forums where the storylines are written, they are places for only IC interaction while the others without pictures are for OOC stuff. The IC forums have subofrums because they are areas within larger areas and its good to have many places for characters to wander at.
