Generalities

First Impressions (Score: 17/20):
When I first opened your forum, I noticed that it looks darky on the index and portal because of dark colors there, but I liked what the forum is all about which is about cars, I liked how the pictures on the forum relate on main subject of your forum, looking good! The portal looks organized! The widgets are organized and in proper places, it's easy to see and identify widgets there, some widgets gives emphasis on the forum's main subject like the sponsors and cars there, there are also navigation links which will help us navigate more easily, nice work, and i also noticed that there is a welcome message that shows that you care on your members and guests, Nice work on the portal! Let's go to the index, there are also some widgets seen on the index but doesn't matter, I saw that the index is looking good and really organized, everything seems to be in place, the index is not that long which is nice, but the index looks quite inactive because I'd seen forums with no posts and less posts, but overall nice work on the first impression criteria.
Categories & Forums (Score: 7/10):
The categories and forums on the index looks organized, I liked how the subforums of a forum are shown on the index in shorter/smaller way, nice work, but I must say that there are also a lot of forums/subforums shown on the index but doesn't matter, you have nice sets and amount of forums on the index that are related for the subject of the forum, but i also noticed why the forum 'admins and mods discussion' is shown on the index, it's a private forum for the forum staff, so may i suggest you to hide it for many private reasons, also, as I'd mentioned above, there are also forums which have less and no posts so my suggestion on those forums is to just combine it with other forums unless they had more posts because guests don't like seeing forums with less and no posts, so you can adjust it so you can have more traffic, but overall, nice work on this criteria

Major Graphics (Score: 7/10):
Banner
The banner looks cool and very well designed, it gives emphasis on the forum's main subject and looks smooth, i also like the images and pictures placed there which makes it look even more better, the color also partners with the forum, I also liked the font used, very suiting, the banner looks eyecatching, nice work here(5/5)

Navigation Bar
The navigation bars looks good for the colors of the forum however it looks plain on the index, the font also looks plain, I must say that it's good and fitting on the forum however you can do more better than that.(2/5)
Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score: 6/10):
As I'd mentioned above, the forum looks very dark and plain with the colors of your forum which are black and gray, I must say that the forum looks a ghost town with pure dark colors, so may i suggest you to have other colors than black and gray because looks worst with both of these color being combined, medium colors like red,blue,green are also good for the forum, you can improve more here.
Images & Icons (Score: 6/10):
As I'd mentioned above, some pictures on your forum gives emphasis on the forum's main subject such as the cars on the portal, no cin for 'who is online?' widget, my suggestion here is to just add any icon there that will make the forum more interesting but have one related to your forum, try to have small size here, the forum icons 'new post', 'no new post', and 'forum is locked' are good, they're easy to be noticed however, may i suggest you to remove the background of the icon 'forum is locked' so it will be transparent, the topic icons are fine.

Usergroups

Population of Groups (Score: 7/10):
I don't know how many admins and any other staff members there because there is only 1 usergroup namely 'moderator', I can't click the mod group unless I'm not log in so I'll base my perspective here on counting how many mods are online, there is 1 moderator online while I was reviewing the forum, looking nice for the population of the forum, i can't say more about here because I don't know exactly the number of staff on the forum.
Staff Groups / User Groups (Score: 5/10):
I'd only seen 1 group on the index which is the moderator group, may i suggest you to atleast show the admin group so members and guests will know who is who for so many reason, the same here, i can't say more here because i don't exactly what's the population of groups on your forum.

The number of total posts on your forum is great and congratulation about that, but i must say it's not the best, but as I'd observe, there are less posting activity on some forums, as I'd mentioned, some forums are having less posts so you need to focus on posting on those forums, but I'd seen several forums having the latest post made yesterday and today, nice work, the post member ratio is 25, nice work!
